Refund & Cancellation

Because our products are digital goods, all sales are final once a theme or plugin has been downloaded or license keys have been issued.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase or payment.
• Corrupt or non-functional product that cannot be replaced.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to [email protected].

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before a download or license activation occurs. Once access is granted, the order cannot be canceled.
